Comments from New Zealand Finance Minister Joyce crossing the wires this Thursday morning - Future surpluses may not be wider than forecast. 

On Wednesday, the New Zealand Treasury had informed markets that 2017 budget surprlus could be NZD 363 million bigger than PREFU [pre-election economic and fiscal update] forecast.
