BOJ expected to endorse expansive easing - Nikkei
According to the latest reports via Nikkei, the Bank of Japan is likely to cements it intentions to an ultraloose monetary policy later today.
The Nikkei notes: "BOJ also will weigh carefully whether to expand its monetary easing program -- including taking the negative policy rate deeper -- based on the yen's movement and other factors."
The Japanese Yen is stronger in early Asia, last exchanging hands at 101.64 against the US Dollar. As a reminder, the outcomes of this year's BOJ policy meeting have all led to significant disappointments, translating into Yen strength in the aftermath of the event.
