Talk of further China RRR cuts

FXStreet (Bali) - China Securities Journal carries a story in which an unnamed analysts is quoted as saying further China RRR cuts may be brewing.

MNI reports on the current chatter, noting: "Expectations of a further cut in the deposit reserve ratio rose again due to tight money supply in the short-term. The weakening yuan against the U. S. dollar resulted in further capital outflows, and such a cut is essential."
