US: CB Leading Indicator grows 0.1% in May

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The US CB Leading Indicator edged up 0.1% in May, following a 0.8% rise the previous month, the Conference Board informed on Thursday. This result is almost in line with forecasts of a 0.2% increase.

US: Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Survey jumps to 12.5 in June

The US Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Survey surprised to the upside in June increasing to 12.5 from -5.2 in May, according to data released by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Analysts expected the indicator to remain in contraction at -0.2.

Flash: Concerns about Inflation - Nomura

A panel of analysts at Nomura said that the recent declines in headline and core PCE inflation to around 1% y-o-y and sharp declines in inflation breakevens had raised questions about whether or not concerns about excessively low inflation would affect the FOMC debate.
