EUR/AUD rebounds at 1.4835

FXStreet (Córdoba) - EUR/AUD was falling on Wednesday, retreating after reaching 7-month highs yesterday at 1.4973 but erased losses during the last two hours and rose back above 1.4900.

Earlier on European hours the euro dropped to 1.4835, slightly above yesterday's lows but then bounced to the upside, rising almost a hundred pips in an hour. Currently trades at session highs at 1.4910/15, at the same price it had at the beginning of the day.

EUR/AUD eyes 1.5000

The pair continues to move with a bullish bias, approaching 1.5000. The last time it managed to post a daily close above was back on March.

Counting on the balance sheet – BNP

Analysts at BNP Paribas note that the ECB has signaled that it intends to bring its balance sheet back to the level prevailing in early 2012.
