LME Inventory Update

FXStreet (Mumbai) - The daily inventory data released by the London Metal Exchange (LME) today showed a rise in the inventory levels of Aluminium and Zinc. Meanwhile, the inventory levels of Nickel and Copper declined.

Aluminium inventory increased by 2975 tonnes today, while Nickel inventory decreased by another 654 tonnes. Copper inventory declined by 1450 tonnes and Zinc inventory increased by 2300 tonnes. Meanwhile, Lead inventory remained unchanged.

ECB to signal more strongly that it is considering further easing - BTMU

Lee Hardman, Currency Analyst at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, notes the ECB will send a stronger signal that it is considering implementing further easing measures including sovereign debt QE which should dampen the scope for a relief euro rebound in the near-term if no ECB easing is delivered today.
