EUR/CHF hits new lows near 1.2000

FXStreet (Córdoba) - EUR/CHF printed a fresh two-year low at 1.2019 and remained near 1.2020, falling for the third day in a row. Yesterday the pair posted the lowest daily close since September 2012.

The pair peaked on Tuesday during the Asian session at 1.2030 but then turned to the downside, falling to fresh lows. Price continues to move toward the key 1.2000 area, that the Swiss National Bank promised to defend with utmost determination.

Traders attention increases as EUR/CHF moves toward SNB floor. If it continues to move with a bearish bias some kind of intervention in the currency market is expected to weaken the Swissy.
