AUD/USD erases gains
FXStreet (Córdoba) - AUD/USD retreated further from 0.8811 and reases daily gains. The pair fell to 0.8743 after the release of Consumer Confidence data in the US, reaching the lowest price of the session.
Currently the pair trades around 0.8755/60, at the same level it had at the beginning of the day and 70 pips above where it closed last Friday.
AUD/USD rejected from above 0.8800
AUD/USD traded above 0.8800 today but failed to hold and pulled back. Also yesterday rose on top of the mentioned level, but then retread. The recovery from 0.8650 is showing difficulties around 0.8800.
